Glass steady as a rock at 29.5". The dominant high must be more stable than they thought, it's still forcing the Atlantic LP systems to go North. No coat for early morning walk yesterday and it will be the same this morning. Bedding is washing, it will dry outside today! Lovely respite but make sure you know where the wellies and the rain gear are! PS. Some really dire shorts have come out of the wardrobe over the last few days! Have they no shame?

Glass fallen to 29.2" and it was quite threatening and breezy yesterday evening. Stll warmish but I'm afraid our Indian Summer is in full retreat!

Agreed Belle, saved a bit of gas as well! Moh, I'm with you, vest is back on! Definitely an autumnal chill yesterday and shorts thin on the ground. Glass falling, just over 29" this morning and light drizzle. I can feel a front coming in from the west.....

Glass fallen to 28.8" and heating kicked in briefly when I had the back door open for Jack to go for his early morning pee, it's very sensitive. Trees seem to have had a bit of a shock, it's usually a frost that triggers leaf fall but I think the warm spell has had the same effect. Plenty of work for the street-sweepers!

Darn sarf here on the Med. it is still summery, sunny, and warm. But, a dramatic change is forecast for the next 24/48 hours. Can't complain though. We need the rain.
cheers,
